The (HABC) Level 3 Award in Education and Training is a nationally recognised qualification for teaching in post-16 education (i.e. adult education). It gives teachers, or those wishing to teach in the adult, skills sector, a recognised, good quality award. The (HABC) Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification is not suitable for those wishing to teach in the compulsory education area i.e. those wishing to teach in primary and or secondary schools. If you want to get into teaching children have a look at the Level 5 DET course.
